My favorite is to be an owner driver. This gives me total control as to who i want to work for, and the workload I’m going to accept. More than that. it gives me an opportunity to build my trucking business through acquiring new contacts in the industry, get to know good drivers and maximize the profit potential that still exists, even in the difficult economic times we’re facing now.
